Eduroam, UTokyo WiFi, and Guest WiFi are available at the venue.
Please connect to the zoom link during Oral Presentations and virtual poster venue link during Poster Presentations.
Both in person and online presenters can connect to zoom with your device and present as usual.
Please avoid using physical pointers because online participants cannot see them.
Please use pointers or cursors in your presentation app instead.
Make sure to bring your earphone or headset with you to avoid audio mixing.
The format of presentation material is free as long as it has openly accessible URL (such as sharing link of Google Drive for Everyone knowing the link).
Make sure to send the link to the organizing committee by November 28th.
We will place your presentation material to the virtual poster space.
